CONCEPT & DESIGN
The first step in our process will be a concept and design meeting with either the clients architect or with members of LHPs in house team. Whether the project is a bathroom remodel or multi-unit new development, we will work through every facet of the build to ensure the clients vision is realized. Once this is completed we will begin completing project contracts, construction timelines and any necessary local authority applications.
BUDGET & SPEC
While working through budgetary boundaries with our clients we provide a full, concise and clear picture in how the project costs are assigned. Through our years of experience we have gathered many options and ways in reducing build costs for clients without sacrificing in quality. We also offers clients full access to our suppliers and provide them with industry pricing on all finishes.
BUILD
It is time to start your project. A member LHP management will be assigned to your project from Day 1 and be with you until 100% completion. The rest of the team will include any specialists needed for every different facet of the build as well as LHPs in house team. You will be delivered regular updates as well as on site meetings anytime it is necessary.
