Yes. We are happy to enter any bidding process and provide any information and advice requested from the client with no obligations.
Can LHP take care of all necessary permitting and regulatory requirements for my project?
LHP will work with both the client and there client in completing and fullfilling any and all permitting requirments for their prioject
Can you source all of the materials and finishes needed for my build?
Yes we can put together a pre-selection catalogue for you and/or connect you with some of Chicago's leading suppliers where you will receive our industry pricing
Is LHP fully licensed and insured to cover my entire project?
LHP is covered for both General Liability and Workmans Comp as well as being a fully licenced General Contractor with the City of Chicago.
Can you really guide us through our entire project, from concept to completion
From property walk-throughs pre-purchase to design to dealing with final permitting sign offs, LHP will help you navigate the project from start to finish.
What if I am unhappy with the finished product?
LHP will never submit a final invoice until the clients punch-list is completed and they are completely satisfied with the end product.
