Our Story
Little House Productions was founded in 2010 by its owner and president, Zeke Bojic. Now recognized as LHP Inc, the company has grown throughout the years from working through small remodels with residential clients to multi-million dollar builds with global investment firms. Operating throughout the greater Chicagoland areas, we have cared for clients in both the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. With more than 120,000 sq,ft of new construction as well as over 1,000 smaller improvement projects under our belt, we continue to strive to deliver for all types of clients. The company now boasts an in-house team of over 20 personnel as well as a strong relationships with some of Chicago's top contractors and suppliers.
Our Vision
From the beginning, our goal has always been to make the journey as enjoyable as the end results. From initial consultation to budgeting to product selection we are there every step of the way to make the process as easy as possible for the client. It is through this dedication to the each and every project we are proud to say that 90% of all our work is from referrals. As the company continues to grow and evolve we have become a 'one-stop shop' in that we can provide services, solutions and suppliers all from within our current team and network. We have now also recently completed our woodworking shop which sits in our 10,000sq/ft space off of North Western Avenue. Here we will now be able to provide clients with custom built cabinets, built-in wardrobes, bathroom vanities and any purpose built furniture you envision for your new space.

At LHP, we have an extensive and experienced team to handle most aspects of any build. As well as our in-house team of over 20 employees, we have a strong relationships with some of Chicago's best contractors. All of our work is done with fully accredited, licensed and insured workers.
This ‘one-stop shop’ approach is ideal clients. With a single point of contact within LHP, rather than various contractors and suppliers, it’s much easier to quickly gather information or discuss the management of your project. It’s also possible to plan the project as a whole, with everyone involved working towards the same set of goals. This ‘joined-up’ approach between harmonious teams of specialists, ensures a smooth, predictable workflow that runs seamlessly from the initial consultation to the day you lay eyes on the finished project.

Knowing everything about your project and its progress, your project manager will keep you up to date with any changes or developments and is responsible for ensuring that you’re happy each and every step of the way.

You can be sure that every HVAC contractor who works for LHP is fully insured, licenced and talk you through system design as well as equipment.
Project Estimator
Our estimators’ source all building materials from Chicago's biggest and most dependable suppliers. When searching for your projects finishing touches, our estimator will walk you through all your options to fit your design and budget
Project Foreman
Knowing everything about your build, your project foreman is responsible for the smooth continuation of safe work - on-spec, on-budget and on-time.
